Greeta supports reception only. Clinical questions and urgent concerns go back to your team.
Yes. Greeta is the dental reception product from Conversico. It is built around the calls dental teams actually miss: new enquiries, appointment changes, out-of-hours calls, and follow-up for reception.
Conversico is the company. Greeta is Conversico's live AI dental receptionist for UK practices. Greeta answers missed, out-of-hours, and busy-reception calls. Greeta books only approved appointment types into your practice management system diary after the connection and booking rules are agreed, and sends clinical, urgent, or unclear calls back to your practice team.
No. Greeta handles repeatable call demand so reception can stay with patients, review anything unusual, and own the patient relationship.
We review your opening hours, FAQs, booking rules, phone setup, and who receives follow-ups. Greeta does not answer live calls until the practice approves the wording, booking rules, and call handling.
There is no one-size-fits-all launch date. We confirm the setup timing after reviewing your phone route, diary connection, approved scripts, booking rules, and team handoff. Greeta does not take live patient calls until those launch checks are complete.
Usually the practice diverts missed and out-of-hours calls to Greeta, plus calls when reception is busy. The exact phone setup is confirmed during the demo and rollout so reception knows when Greeta answers.
Yes, once the diary connection and booking rules are agreed. Greeta books only appointment types you approve directly into the practice management system diary. Anything clinical, urgent, or unclear goes back to reception with the call context.
Greeta can still answer calls, collect details, and send the next step to reception. If you use another diary system, we confirm whether direct booking can be connected before including it in your setup.
Who Greeta passes the caller to is agreed before launch. Greeta records what the caller wanted and why the call needs the team, so reception does not restart from zero.
Yes, if that is agreed before launch. We confirm the person, backup number, and what happens if no one is free. If transfer is not switched on, Greeta creates a callback note instead.
Greeta keeps to approved reception work. If a caller asks for clinical advice, urgent help, or anything outside the agreed script, Greeta follows your agreed team route and does not give advice or decide urgency.
Greeta does not invent availability or promise an unconfirmed booking. If a direct diary route cannot be confirmed, the caller's request and context go to the agreed reception follow-up route instead.
Plans are scoped per practice site. For multi-location groups, we review each location and confirm the commercial terms with you directly.
Entry is £249/month, Core is £499/month, and Growth is £899/month per practice site. The written order confirms applicable VAT, any chargeable setup or connection work, and optional add-ons before you commit. Extra answered minutes are agreed before they are billed; there is no automatic metered overage charge today.
Entry is for missed-call recovery, out-of-hours answering, standard FAQ handling, new-patient details to email/SMS, call transcripts, caller feedback, and simple reports.
Core is the usual starting point for 3-6 chair practices that want booking support, Dentally setup, practice-specific scripts, clear call notes, simple reports, and agreed support.
Growth is for larger or multi-site practices. It adds site-by-site reports, alerts when call pressure changes, a named support contact, and extra connections where agreed.
An optional custom Greeta voice is available on Core or Growth only: £199 setup plus £119 per extra voice. We only create a voice with written consent from the speaker.
The dental practice is the Data Controller and Conversico acts as its Data Processor under the practice's documented instructions and DPA. Calls may be recorded and transcribed where enabled. Conversico does not use patient, call-recording, or transcript data to train or fine-tune AI models.
Recording retention is set in the practice DPA and provider or storage configuration. The service default for transcripts and structured booking data is 395 days, while audit logs and trust receipts default to 2,555 days. A customer-specific DPA, valid erasure request, or hard-delete instruction may require earlier deletion.
Conversico documents encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and access monitoring in its Privacy Policy. Before live patient traffic, the setup pack records the processing terms, providers enabled for that workspace, and required international-transfer mechanisms. The public sub-processor register shows required, optional, and planned provider routes without implying every provider is active for every practice.
No. Greeta does not diagnose, give treatment advice, or decide emergency priority. Anything clinical goes back to your team.
The support contact is agreed during setup. The practice knows who to contact, what to do if call handling changes, and how to review call notes after launch.
